- How your co-op runs right now. What's working, what's exhausting, and what keeps getting dropped between rotating positions.
- A look inside the portal. Based on your biggest challenges, I'll walk you through the portal — what can change and how it could work for you.
- Whether it's actually a fit. If it is, we'll both know pretty quickly — and I'm happy to set up a walkthrough with your board or membership so they can decide. If it's not, that's okay too.
